We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to join our ultra-luxury real estate development company in Dubai.
This role is designed for a highly skilled writer with deep experience in luxury branding, premium real estate, and high-end lifestyle marketing.
The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for crafting refined, persuasive, and emotionally compelling narratives that position our developments at the highest tier of the global luxury market.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate architectural vision, design philosophy, and investment value into powerful storytelling across all brand touch points, while maintaining absolute consistency, accuracy, and prestige.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop premium copy for websites, landing pages, brochures, master plans, sales decks, investor materials, and press releases Write high-end brand narratives, project stories, and lifestyle messaging aligned with ultra-luxury positioning Create campaign concepts, headlines, hooks, and CTAs for digital, print, outdoor, and experiential marketing Collaborate closely with branding, design, PR, and digital teams to ensure strong message hierarchy and visual harmony Adapt messaging for different buyer profiles, markets, and stages of the sales funnel Ensure factual accuracy, legal compliance, pricing disclaimers, and regulatory alignment (RERA, internal approvals) Maintain and evolve a centralized copy library including taglines, boilerplates, FAQs, and approved descriptions Review and refine copy based on campaign performance, sales feedback, and brand strategy updates Uphold a consistent tone of voice that reflects exclusivity, credibility, and long-term brand equity Why Join AHS?

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field Minimum 6–8 years of professional copywriting experience Proven background in ultra-luxury real estate development, luxury property marketing, or premium lifestyle brands Strong understanding of high-net-worth audiences and international luxury buyer psychology Exceptional command of English language; Arabic is a strong advantage A refined portfolio demonstrating luxury branding, real estate projects, and campaign storytelling Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Technical & Professional Skills Luxury brand storytelling and positioning Long-form and short-form copywriting for digital and print Website and UX copy fundamentals Campaign and launch copy for high-value developments Strong attention to detail, tone, and message consistency Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes launch environments This role plays a critical part in shaping brand perception, supporting sales success, and elevating the global image of our developments as benchmark ultra-luxury real estate destinations.
