We are currently looking for Onsite Registration Executive which will be responsible for managing the end-to-end online and onsite registration process for DWTC events.
This role involves working closely with registration vendors, internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Show Teams), and external authorities to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
The role also includes leveraging technology, ensuring compliance with DTCM regulations, and delivering actionable insights through data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Event Registration Management Plan and oversee online and onsite registration for events.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth registration workflows.
Handle escalations related to registration issues during events.
Technology and Innovation Stay updated on and implement new registration technologies Enhance online and onsite registration experiences using innovative tools.
Compliance and Reconciliation Manage post-event DTCM reconciliation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure registration data aligns with DTCM requirements.
Data Management and Integration Work with IT to ensure accurate data capture and integration into internal systems (e.
g., Dynamics CRM, Eloqua).
Develop expertise in CRM systems and registration platforms.
SOPs and Reporting Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the registration process.
Define reporting requirements to deliver insights to Marketing and Show Teams.
Onsite Registration and Logistics Provide guidance on onsite registration layout, signage, and traffic flow.
Support event operations and solve onsite registration issues.
Reporting and Analysis Deliver post-event registration reports and insights to improve future events.
Collaborate with teams to identify trends and key metrics.
Key Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in exhibitions or events.
Strong understanding of registration processes and visitor experience.
Experience with event technologies Technical Skills Knowledge of DTCM requirements for visitor attendance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems (e.
g., Dynamics CRM, Eloqua).

Excellent communication (English, written and spoken).
