The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
Responsibilities Perform detailed evaluations and diagnostics of patients with various gastrointestinal conditions.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical and non-surgical options.
Conduct advanced surgical procedures, focusing on minimally invasive techniques for optimal recovery.
Oversee the entire patient care continuum from pre-operative assessments to post-operative follow-ups.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment processes, expected outcomes, and necessary lifestyle changes.
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical practices and patient outcomes.
Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Completed residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery.
Active and valid medical license for practicing in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in gastrointestinal surgery.
Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal disorders and their management.
Exceptional surgical skills and experience with advanced surgical techniques.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
A collaborative approach, working successfully within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in gastroenterology and surgical methods.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
