We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to join our ultra-luxury real estate development company in Dubai.
This role is suited for a creative professional with strong experience in luxury content production, storytelling, and digital-first brand building.
The Senior Content Creator will be responsible for producing visually compelling, editorially refined, and strategically aligned content that elevates our developments across all owned and paid channels.
The ideal candidate understands luxury aesthetics, high-net-worth audience behavior, and how to translate architectural vision and lifestyle experiences into premium content that drives brand authority, demand, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties • Create high-end content for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, and campaign launches • Develop and execute content concepts aligned with brand strategy, project positioning, and marketing objectives • Produce and oversee visual and written content including captions, scripts, reels, short-form videos, and editorials • Collaborate closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling • Plan and manage content calendars for brand, project, and launch campaigns • Ensure all content reflects ultra-luxury tone, visual consistency, and premium brand standards • Adapt content for different buyer personas, markets, and platforms while maintaining brand integrity • Support sales and launch teams with content assets for presentations, events, and digital campaigns • Analyse content performance and refine approach based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights Why Join AHS?

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related creative field • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in content creation within luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands • Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury content, storytelling, and high-end visual standards • Excellent command of English language; Arabic is a strong advantage • Hands-on experience with social-first content, short-form video, and digital storytelling • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and collaborate with in-house creative teams Technical & Professional Skills • Luxury content strategy and execution • Short-form and long-form content creation • Social media storytelling (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) • Basic understanding of video editing workflows and visual direction • Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced launch environment This role is essential in shaping how our developments are experienced, perceived, and desired, playing a direct role in strengthening brand equity and supporting high-value sales initiatives.
