Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-centric Listing Coordinator to join our fast-paced Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our listing operations, ensuring that our property portfolio is accurately represented across all platforms. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries, conducting diligent follow-ups, and collaborating closely with our agents to deliver a seamless real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management: Upload, update, and manage property listings across various real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and the company website, ensuring 100% accuracy and high-quality presentation.
Customer Handling: Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries (via phone, email, and Whats App), qualifying leads, and routing them to the appropriate property consultants.
Diligent Follow-Up: Execute consistent and structured follow-ups with clients, landlords, and internal agents to ensure no lead or listing update is missed.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively and harmoniously with the sales, leasing, and marketing teams to coordinate property photo shoots, gather required documentation, and optimize listing descriptions.
Data & CRM Management: Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate client details, property statuses, and interaction logs.
Quality Control: Regularly audit active listings to ensure compliance with company standards and local real estate regulations (Tamm/DED guidelines).
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience working within a real estate company (brokerage or developer), preferably within the UAE market.
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to confidently handle high volumes of customers while maintaining a polite, professional, and helpful demeanour.
Follow-Up Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong track record of meticulous follow-up and lead management.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team and support multiple agents simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate CRM software and major UAE property portals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage).
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, particularly regarding property specifications, legal documents, and marketing copy.
