JOB PURPOSE
The Team Leader, Integrity (Operations) role is a senior leadership position within the Asset Integrity & Process Safety function, with a career path that typically progresses toward broader integrity, process safety, or technical assurance leadership roles at departmental or divisional level. With sustained performance, expanded scope, and demonstrated enterprise impact, the role can progress to Manager‑level positions overseeing Asset Integrity, Operating Integrity, Operations Readiness Assurance, or Technical Assurance portfolios, with increased accountability for strategy, governance, and multi‑asset oversight. Longer‑term progression may include Manager, Vice President or Group Integrity leadership roles, contributing to ADNOC‑wide risk governance, standards ownership, and executive decision‑making, while also serving as a senior Technical Authority within the organization
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Team Leader, Integrity (Operations) is responsible for leading and assuring Operating Integrity and Operations Readiness across ADNOC Gas plants and pipeline assets throughout their lifecycle, through the development and governance of companywide standards, processes, assurance programs, and a Centre of Excellence. The role faces challenges in ensuring consistent application of integrity requirements across diverse assets, managing complex operational and process safety risks, driving timely closure of audit and assurance actions, and balancing governance expectations with operational realities. Success is driven by strong leadership in integrity governance and risk management, effective stakeholder engagement across Operations, Projects, HSE and Technical Authorities, robust performance monitoring and assurance execution, and the ability to translate corporate standards into practical, site‑implementable solutions while building a capable, high‑performing integrity team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering
- 15 years experience with at least 10 years in Operations in an oil and gas facility
- Experience in managing or leading a team
- Experience in AIPS
