REAP is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to join a Luxury Home Beauty Spa in Al Ain, UAE. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with a strong foundation in traditional Thai massage techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care. As a key member of our wellness team, you will play a vital role in promoting physical and mental well-being through expert therapeutic treatments. The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of hands-on experience in spa or wellness environments, with a deep understanding of pressure points, muscle alignment, and holistic healing principles. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month, along with comprehensive benefits including accommodation, visa sponsorship, transportation, and performance-based commission. We prioritize candidates of Thai nationality to ensure authenticity and cultural alignment with our traditional Thai massage offerings.

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including traditional Thai massage, deep tissue, and relaxation massage, tailored to individual client needs.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment space in compliance with health and safety standards.
  
• Consult with clients to assess their physical condition, wellness goals, and preferences to customize each session.
  
• Provide recommendations for self-care, stretching, and wellness routines to support long-term client health.
  
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery.
  
• Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and maintain all tools, linens, and equipment in optimal condition.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
  
• Contribute to a positive, client-centered environment by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or related field from a recognized institution.
  
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar setting, with a focus on Thai massage.
  
• Proficiency in traditional Thai massage techniques, including acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and energy line manipulation.
  
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic benefits of massage.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Valid work permit and eligibility to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship provided).
  
• Thai nationality is preferred; candidates must be eligible for visa sponsorship and willing to relocate.
