As a Consultant ENT Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat, employing both surgical and non-surgical methods.

Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients with ENT disorders and diseases.
Perform surgical procedures related to conditions of the ear, nose, and throat, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and voice surgeries.
Develop personalized treatment plans and oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and care regimens.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient encounters and procedures.
Work collaboratively with audiologists, speech therapists, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in ENT surgery and practices.
Medical Insurance Annual Airtickets Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in ENT Surgery.
Board certification in ENT Surgery.
Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
Significant experience in performing ENT surgical procedures in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong understanding of ENT pathologies, surgical techniques, and patient management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and navigate high-pressure situations.
