This role is ideal for a highly skilled and passionate physician who is dedicated to assisting individuals and couples in their journey to parenthood through advanced reproductive technologies and exceptional patient care.
As the Lead Physician in Fertility Treatments, you will be responsible for overseeing the IVF program, leading a multidisciplinary team, and providing individualized care to patients seeking fertility solutions.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with infertility issues, providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans.
Oversee and perform fertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
Lead a team of fertility specialists, nurses, and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations.
Provide education and counseling to patients about treatment options, procedures, and expectations throughout the fertility journey.
Monitor and analyze treatment outcomes, implementing improvements based on best practices and patient feedback.
Engage in research and continuous education to remain at the forefront of advances in reproductive medicine.
Build strong relationships with patients and their families, offering emotional support and guidance throughout the process.
Medical Insurance Annual Airtickets Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Reproductive Endocrinology.
Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is highly preferred.
Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a fertility clinic or IVF laboratory setting.
Expertise in managing complex fertility cases and performing advanced reproductive technologies.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills to effectively guide and support a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships and provide compassionate care.
