Job Details

Job Purpose:


The job holder will lead and manage the project delivery, project design, and execution toward handover throughout multiple projects development plan, coordination and handover.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Initiate Job Requisition to procure services and works in coordination with different departments.


  • Manage multiple projects across the business, ensuring monitoring of progress and successful completion of projects while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.


  • Implement the contractor’s mitigation and execution plans—including procurement strategies, acceleration programs, and resource allocation—while ensuring alignment with project schedules and maintaining timely, transparent communication with all stakeholders through effective communication plans.


  • Facilitate change requests, clearly communicating the impact on project scope, schedule, and budget to all relevant parties.


  • Provide strategic inputs in the development of user manuals, training materials, and project documentation, collaborating with the Section Head to ensure seamless implementation, knowledge transfer, and effective handover to clients.


  • Enforce structured project delivery processes, ensuring projects are executed within approved budgets and completed on schedule.


  • Proactively identify, assess, and monitor both known and unforeseen project risks. Develop mitigation plans and ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard timelines, cost, and quality. 


  • Define and align project-specific objectives and success criteria in consultation with stakeholders. Regularly review progress against these goals to ensure continuous alignment with overall project strategy.


  • Ensure full compliance with local authorities, statutory regulations, and industry-specific standards. Coordinate submissions, approvals, and inspections with relevant government bodies and regulatory agencies.


  • Manage and control the actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to project’s financial performance.


  • Ensure efficient, compliant project and budget management, adhering to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.


  • Serve as primary client relationship manager for projects, working closely with Executive Director and clients to plan, execute, and troubleshoot issues that arise on projects


  • Partner with sector leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all technical aspects of assigned projects, aligning outcomes with business objectives.


  • Build and leverage strong professional relationships with colleagues, development partners, and clients, effectively navigating complex situations with professionalism, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.


  • Provide technical support to the team for key activities in areas of technical focus


  • Ensure that reports are consolidated and prepared to share with Senior Management as required


  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development.


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:


  • Bachelor’s Sales / Marketing; master’s degree or a related specialization


  • Professional certification in Project Management 


  • Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.


  • Familiar with UAE Building Codes, Environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws


Minimum Experience (number of years):


  • Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience including 4-6 years in a project lead or Manager role with at least 3 years with a developer/ contractor/ consultant .


Job Specific Skills:


  • Ms. Office suite – Power-point; Power BI (Business intelligence) for dashboards/ reports


  • Technical knowledge and experience in construction management, engineering principles, and architectural design.


  • Ability to plan, execute, and close complex projects successfully


  • Well versed in Project Software Primavera or any relevant


  • Stakeholder management


  • Project Management skills


  • Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams


  • Managing change within projects and organizations


  • Risk Management - Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions.


  • Project planning and Budget management


  • Skilled in defining and managing project scope, including handling scope changes effectively.


  • Excellent communication skills
