Job Title: Administrative Officer Job Summary: As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. You will manage administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to efficient office management while maintaining high standards of professionalism and organization.
Key Responsibilities:➤ Support & Coordination:Assist management and staff with scheduling, meetings, and correspondence. Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.➤ Documentation & Reporting:Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required. Maintain accurate records of office activities, policies, and procedures. Support preparation of budgets, invoices, and administrative expenses.➤ Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in implementing and maintaining administrative systems and processes.➤ Problem-Solving & Assistance:Address office-related issues and provide timely solutions. Support staff with administrative guidance and troubleshooting. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, office management software, and basic financial documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
