Kreston Menon is seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact engagements across valuation, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities* Conduct comprehensive business valuations using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)* Lead financial and commercial due diligence assignments for M&A transactions* Prepare detailed feasibility studies and project appraisals* Analyze financial statements, business models, and market dynamics* Prepare comprehensive transaction advisory reports and presentations* Client interaction and relationship management* Mentor and guide junior team members
Required Qualifications & Experience* CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification* 4-7 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, valuation, or related fields* Strong expertise in business valuation and financial modeling* Proven experience in conducting due diligence exercises* Experience in preparing feasibility studies and project reports* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications* Experience in M&A transactions (a significant advantage)* Exposure to cross-border deals* Industry-specific expertise (Manufacturing, Services, Technology, Healthcare, etc.)
