Successful candidates will need to:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a subject-related degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) in English language/literature / Bachelor of Arts in English.
- Proven experience teaching High School English, ideally within an American or IB curriculum context (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and support students through engaging, purposeful learning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school’s positive, inclusive culture.
