Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and best practices in inquiry-based learning.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including English Language Learners and students identified as gifted and talented.

  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.

  • Use technology and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.

  • Assess student progress through varied, authentic methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan cohesive units and contribute to ongoing curriculum development.

  • Participate actively in the school’s co-curricular and community programmes to support holistic learning.

Successful candidates will need to:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a subject-related degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) in Psychology.

  • Proven experience teaching High School Psychology, ideally within an American or IB curriculum context (preferred but not essential).

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and support students through engaging, purposeful learning.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school’s positive, inclusive culture.
