As the Team Lead – Auto Finance and Evaluation, you are responsible for Bank Evaluations and Auto Finance, team performance management through precise KPIs and vendor management(existing & prospects) through Key Account relationship management.
In this role, you will: Monitoring and Guiding Account Managers: Supervise and monitor the performance of each account manager within the Affiliates Team.
Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to account managers to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Achievement of Targets: Set clear performance targets for the team and ensure they are achieved or exceeded consistently.
Implement strategies and initiatives to maximize team productivity and efficiency in meeting set targets.
Individual Target Maintain consistent performance levels in evaluations and finance, ensuring that personal targets are met in alignment with current standards and expectations, while also overseeing the team's targets Timely Reporting and Daily Monitoring: Ensure that each Account Manager reports on time and monitors their daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
Implement systems or processes to track and manage Account Manager activities effectively.
Onboarding New Dealers, Bankers and Freelancers: Lead the onboarding process for bankers, dealers, and freelancers, ensuring smooth integration.
Provide training and support to new team members to facilitate their understanding of auto finance and evaluations.
Partner with dealers only in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region and grow the finance and insurance revenue.
Weekly Reporting: Prepare and provide comprehensive weekly reports to the Line Manager, highlighting team performance, achievements, challenges, and any necessary recommendations.
Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them effectively.

#UAEdubizzle BS degree in finance, economics or a related field Proven working experience in Bank providing Auto Loan and Bank Evaluations Familiarity with computers Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
Good interpersonal & communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
