Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of supplier relationship management processes in line with procurement policies and guidelines.
- Manage supplier registration activities including documentation verification, compliance checks, and system onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data within procurement systems in accordance with data governance standards.
- Assist in supplier segmentation based on spend, risk, and strategic importance to the business.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and highlight performance gaps or operational issues to the Senior Manager SRM.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance checks during supplier onboarding and data management activities.
- Support resolution of supplier queries, operational issues, and disputes impacting procurement performance.
- Collaborate with category management and sourcing teams to address supplier performance and operational challenges.
- Provide insights and reports on supplier risks, performance trends, and compliance issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier relationship management function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in supplier relationship management or vendor management is preferred.
- Experience within a shared services procurement environment is an advantage.
