Position Description


The position oversees the development and execution of project strategies, including master scheduling, design delivery planning, procurement strategies, construction management, claims management, and project handover, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Project Management or Engineering is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are desirable.

Experience


  • Minimum 18–20 years of experience in large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.
  • Proven experience in leading major development projects in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong background in project governance, procurement strategy, claims management, and construction delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-billion development portfolios.
