Job Summary:

Our client is a Dubai-based software solutions company specializing in delivering innovative technology products and services to businesses across various industries. The company focuses on helping organizations improve efficiency, streamline operations, and achieve digital transformation through customized software solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
    • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients
    • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems



Requirements:


    • Proven experience in software or IT sales (B2B preferred)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
    • Based in UAE or willing to relocate
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
