Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
Diagnose mental health disorders and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Provide psychotherapy and medication management in a collaborative treatment environment.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
