SearchPlus HR is pleased to announce an opening for a Junior Consultant Nephrologist at a prominent Government Facility.

In this position, you will work under the supervision of senior nephrologists, providing critical care to patients with kidney-related issues while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Your role will be vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services in the public sector and participating in the continuous improvement of care standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the evaluation and management of patients with kidney disorders, including chronic kidney disease and acute renal failure.
Participate in clinical rounds, contributing to treatment planning and ongoing patient management.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, providing accurate assessments to aid in patient care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective treatment strategies.
Educate patients and families about kidney health, preventive measures, and treatment options available.
Engage in continuing medical education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree with completion of a Pediatrics residency program.
Completion of a fellowship in Nephrology is preferred but not essential for this junior role.
Clinical experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting is desirable.
Strong commitment to providing quality care to patients in a government healthcare setting.
