Qualifications and Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (M.
D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.
O.) degree. Completion of residency in general surgery and fellowship training in pediatric surgery.
Board certification in pediatric surgery is required.
State licensure to practice medicine.
Minimum of X years of clinical experience in pediatric surgery (specific years can be tailored based on company needs).
