• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Owners Association or community management.
• Professional certification in property or community management (e.
g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) is preferred.
