Key Responsibilities:
Manage and obtain authority approvals and NOCs required for construction projects.
Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and Trakhees.
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, drawings, and applications to relevant authorities.
Follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals and clearances.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for required submissions.
Monitor compliance with local regulations, permits, and project requirements.
Maintain proper records of approvals, permits, and project documentation.
Support the project team to ensure all authority requirements are fulfilled before and during project execution.
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in handling authority approvals and NOCs in the UAE construction sector.
Strong knowledge of approval processes with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and Trakhees.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple submissions and meet project timelines
