Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance benefits and billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related activities and patient interactions.
Resolve issues with insurance companies, including claim denials and appeals.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate coding and documentation for claims.
Stay updated on insurance regulations and policies affecting the organization.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as an insurance coordinator, medical billing specialist, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance verification processes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems and Microsoft Office.
