About the Role:
As a Digital Sales Consultant based in Dubai, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing online sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leveraging digital platforms to meet and exceed targets. You will collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online channels, social media, and partner networks
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for digital sales inquiries
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns and promotional activities with sales objectives
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance, ensuring accurate forecasting
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
Skills
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital or non-technical sales roles
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media, and e-commerce platforms
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipeline
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Dubai or broader GCC market
Proficiency in Arabic
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Certification in digital marketing or sales methodologies (e.g., Google Digital Garage)
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive sales performance
