About the Role:
Join our team in Dubai as a Digital Sales Consultant to drive automotive sales through online channels. You will leverage CRM systems to manage leads, conduct virtual consultations, and collaborate with marketing and dealership teams to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital sales process for automotive clients, from initial inquiry to closing
Utilize CRM software to track, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations to highlight vehicle features and benefits
Collaborate with marketing to develop and optimize digital campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Provide post-sale follow-up and ensure seamless transition of customers to dealership service teams
Stay informed on automotive industry trends and digital sales best practices
Skills
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM executive, digital sales or sales executive role within the automotive industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a non-technical digital environment
Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms for lead management and customer engagement
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Solid understanding of digital sales channels and lead generation techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Dubai or broader UAE automotive market
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms)
Professional certification in sales or digital marketing
