About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage your non-technical digital sales expertise and CRM knowledge to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and optimize our sales processes across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
Identify and qualify leads through online channels, social media, and email campaigns
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital sales tools
Skills
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, CRM executive, or sales executive roles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a non-technical sales environment
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Knowledge of Dubai market dynamics and business culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales in the UAE region
Proficiency in Arabic
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Certification in sales methodologies or CRM administration
Existing network of contacts within Dubai’s corporate sector
