We are hiring Commission-Based Drivers for a reputed organization in the UAE. This role is suitable for drivers who want a fixed basic salary along with commission-based earning potential and company-supported facilities.
Position: Driver (Commission Based)
Job Location: UAE
Salary & Earnings:
- Basic Salary: 2000 AED
- Commission: 15% on trips/earnings
Package & Facilities:
- Visa and RTA package available
- RTA expenses to be paid by the driver
- 12 days training included
Responsibilities:
- Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and professionally
- Complete assigned trips efficiently to maximize commission income
- Follow UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations at all times
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
- Ensure professional behavior with passengers and company staff
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred
- Willingness to work on a commission-based structure
- Ability to work independently and manage daily driving schedules
