You will support the Bayut Academy mission of real estate education across the UAE, especially for Arabic-speaking audiences, and bring energy and professionalism to every session.
You will also lend support to product training when needed, help enhance internal processes, and co-mentor team members to grow together.
This role is all about taking ownership, leading with example, and making a real difference to our clients' learning journey.
In this role, you will: Deliver engaging Bayut Academy workshops across the UAE in both Arabic and English, tailored to various experience levels.
Serve as a role model in upholding Bayut Academy’s tone, training quality, and learning experience standards.
Adapt delivery style to match Bayut Academy tone of voice and audience needs while maintaining high engagement and professionalism.
Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics, timing, and audience interaction.
Coordinate with the training manager on developing new modules or refreshing existing sessions to improve learner outcomes.
Support with content refining and suggest enhancements based on learner feedback and keep up to date with market trends.
Stay up to date with Bayut and dubizzle product developments, real estate regulations, and market trends to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
Apply real estate and platform knowledge to make sessions practical and relatable, while highlighting relevant Bayut products where applicable.
Step into product training delivery when required, demonstrating strong command over all Bayut and dubizzle tools.
Support initiatives that drive adoption of Bayut and dubizzle products by translating platform features into practical strategies for agencies and their teams.
Coach our clients on best practices to boost adoption of Bayut and dubizzle products, especially with agents and admins.
Support the sales team in training our new and existing clients.
Support the sales and account management teams to support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing clients.
Assist with gathering feedback, testimonials, identifying recurring issues and addressing these with the product team Introduce and make use of engaging and interactive tools and platforms, e.
g. Kahoot, polls, and role plays, to interact with clients.
Co-mentor team members by sharing best practices, offering feedback, and supporting them in workshop delivery, maintaining Bayut Academy voice.
Demonstrate a collaborative attitude and actively contribute to team discussions and brainstorming Ensure timely training reminder calls/emails are executed for our training attendees.
Track training sessions delivered, capture feedback (where required), and log attendance metrics.
Ensure training materials and session resources are prepared and available for all workshops and training sessions.
Provide suggestions to improve internal delivery processes, training documentation, and reporting.

#UAEBayut Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience Fluency in both English & Arabic The role will be mainly based in Dubai and will include occasional travel to Abu Dhabi for events.
Background in real estate (preferred), adult learning principles and creating learning materials strongly desired but not required Ability to promote a strong and professional presence in front of small and large groups comprised of agents, marketing managers, sales directors and managing directors Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to shift communication depending on the audience Ability to embrace change within the organisation in a professional and up-beat manner Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to improve and create instructional design materials A go-getter (someone who looks for opportunity and areas to improve) who is proactive Collaborative team player who works well with internal stakeholders Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude Desire to learn, grow and help to improve the training department and work across multiple departments as needed Someone who takes full ownership of tasks and materials assigned in an honest and innovative manner Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
