•Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network problems promptly.
•Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment, including computers, network devices, and peripherals.
•Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
•Ensure all IT assets are documented, inventoried, and properly maintained.
•Support additional IT systems, including CCTV and IP phones.
•Follow data backup, recovery, and security best practices.
