Key Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Supervise, plan and execute site works as per approved drawings, plans and method statements.
2. Maintain a high level of productivity, assuring time frames are met for projects occurring simultaneously and oversees reports on project
3. Ensure works are carried out as per HSE and relevant Authority regulations
4. Responsible for implementation of risk management process for identification and mitigation of risks
5. Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams
6. Review schedules, analyze critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluate schedule options, communicates schedule status to the project manager
7. Prepare detailed material, labor and equipment cost estimates
8. Supervise Foreman and allocate works  effectively as per plan

Strong background in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure, roads, and bridges
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management and overseeing construction activities
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in design and construction processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reports
