What You Will Do
• Find and attract candidates interested in working in Europe
• Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Manage documentation and candidate coordination
• Work with recruitment platforms and CRM systems
• Achieve placements and performance targets
