Job Purpose


The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and monitoring of assigned projects to ensure efficient execution and timely completion. The role assists project managers and team members in maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring proper documentation and communication across project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support the tracking of short-term and long-term project goals and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate with project team members to assign tasks and monitor progress.
  • Assist in the allocation and efficient deployment of project resources in coordination with project managers.
  • Facilitate communication between different project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation, plans, reports, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating attendance.
  • Track project performance and progress against defined plans and schedules.

Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in project coordination or project administration, preferably within construction, engineering, or real estate development projects.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and scheduling practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
