Strategy
- Support the review of Business training programs based on needs analysis andinstitutional objectives and provide inputs to senior team leaders on alignment andsuitability.
Operations
- Implement business training plans in coordination with organizational units and ensureadherence to approved schedules and agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for training-related matters, including arrangements required foreffective delivery of business training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of course completion rates, attendance, and trainingresults in approved systems and files.
Product / Process Improvement
- Review business training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives, andprepare recommendations for management review and approval.
- Review training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze outcomes, andrecommend improvements to content and delivery approaches.
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on the effectiveness and outputs of training programs,consolidating key findings and metrics for management use.
- Develop dashboards and ROI tools, and generate performance analytics for business trainingto measure training effectiveness and visualize participation, completion, and outcometrends.
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Training and Development
- 0-1 years in case of Master’s degree (2+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)
- Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) effectively
- Experience in training operations and learning center management
- Skilled in managing and evaluating training programs
- Competence in developing individual development plans (IDPs)
- Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
- Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment
