Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director / General Manager
* Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients
* Assist in contract preparation, tender documentation, and project follow-ups
* Maintain confidential records and organized filing systems
* Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents
* Support HR and procurement documentation when required
Skills
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a construction company
* Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project coordination
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
