We are seeking a Senior Executive - Individual Health Insurance for our Dubai Office who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and servicing of individual health insurance products.
The role involves engaging directly with walk-in clients, inbound leads, and referrals to provide competitive quotations, convert sales, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Promote and sell Individual Health Insurance
- Handle incoming client queries, walk-ins, and digital/phone inquiries
- Generate leads through referrals and cross-selling
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide personalized and efficient service to individual clients
- Explain policy terms, coverages, and exclusions clearly to customers
- Follow up on quotations, renewals, and client feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Policy Processing & Coordination
- Obtain quotations from insurance providers and prepare comparison sheets
- Coordinate with underwriters for special approval or non-standard cases
- Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation
- Process renewals and amendments efficiently
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (CBUAE, Insurance Authority)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in health insurance, preferably working with a Broker in the UAE
- Good understanding of Individual Health Insurance products
- Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with insurance portals and CRM systems
- Customer-oriented and proactive

- UAE Health Insurance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of individual health insurance products, coverage, and policy exclusions.
