We are seeking a Senior Executive - Individual Health Insurance for our Dubai Office who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and servicing of individual health insurance products.


The role involves engaging directly with walk-in clients, inbound leads, and referrals to provide competitive quotations, convert sales, and deliver high-quality customer service.


Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Promote and sell Individual Health Insurance
  • Handle incoming client queries, walk-ins, and digital/phone inquiries
  • Generate leads through referrals and cross-selling
  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs


Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide personalized and efficient service to individual clients
  • Explain policy terms, coverages, and exclusions clearly to customers
  • Follow up on quotations, renewals, and client feedback
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Policy Processing & Coordination
  • Obtain quotations from insurance providers and prepare comparison sheets
  • Coordinate with underwriters for special approval or non-standard cases
  • Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation
  • Process renewals and amendments efficiently
  • Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (CBUAE, Insurance Authority)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in health insurance, preferably working with a Broker in the UAE
  • Good understanding of Individual Health Insurance products
  • Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with insurance portals and CRM systems
  • Customer-oriented and proactive
  • Target-driven with attention to detail

Skills

Technical & Industry Expertise

  • UAE Health Insurance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of individual health insurance products, coverage, and policy exclusions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of CBUAE and Insurance Authority guidelines and standards.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience with insurance portals and CRM systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Sales & Operational Skills

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Proven ability to manage the process from lead inquiry to conversion.
  • Lead Generation: Proficiency in sourcing new business through referrals and cross-selling.
  • Policy Administration: Capability to handle quotations, comparison sheets, policy issuance, renewals, and amendments.
  • Underwriter Coordination: Experience negotiating and managing special approvals or non-standard cases.
  • KPI Management: Ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing personalized, efficient service and high client retention.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client persuasion and policy explanation.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a distinct advantage).
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in documentation and compliance reporting.
  • Proactivity: A target-driven, customer-oriented mindset.
