As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to oversee and improve the technical operations of our inspection team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical performance of the inspection team, ensuring compliance with technical criteria and standards.
• Oversee and maintain accreditation documentation, including inspection criteria, competence evaluations, and technical procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and competency assessments for inspectors.
• Support the Quality Manager with internal audits and accreditation assessments (e.g., EIAC, MoIAT).
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, standards (ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065), and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical roles in inspection or engineering operations.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior technical review role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065, and ISO/IEC 17021 standards.
• Certifications such as LEEA, NEBOSH, or ISO auditor training are highly preferred.
