We are seeking an experience Change Manager – Cloud ERP to support the delivery of a global ERP transformation program, replacing multiple existing finance systems with a unified platform across several companies.




This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office



As Change Manager – Cloud ERP, you will be responsible for designing and delivering change management strategies that ensure business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable adoption of Cloud based ERP solutions. You will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, functional and process leads, and delivery partners to embed change effectively across the organisation.



In this role, you will:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to the Cloud ERP programme objectives and delivery roadmap.
  • Assess change impacts across business functions, roles, and processes, identifying readiness gaps and mitigation actions.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Work closely with business leaders, process leads, functional leads, and HR partners to support business readiness and adoption.
  • Support the definition and execution of training and knowledge transfer strategies, ensuring users are equipped to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Lead training needs analysis, development of a training curriculum and coordinate development and delivery of ERP training
  • Coordinate closely with the Learning & Talent function to provide subject matter expertise in the design of learning solutions supporting change enablement, ensuring that all learning initiatives are reviewed, aligned, and compliant with the Group’s learning governance, processes, and standards.
  • Define and monitor adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, intervening where performance is at risk
  • Collaborate with programme, IT, and delivery teams to align change activities with key milestones such as design, testing, cutover, and go live.
  • Track and report on change readiness, adoption risks, and engagement effectiveness, providing actionable insights to programme leadership.
  • Support business users during UAT, go live, and early stabilisation, addressing adoption issues and resistance.
  • Embed change management practices into business as usual operations to support long term value realisation.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across change and adoption practices.
Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:



  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Organisational Change, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years proven experience delivering change management within large scale ERP or enterprise technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Formal change management certification such as PROSCI, APMG Change Management, or equivalent
  • Experience working across complex, multistakeholder environments with global or multi-entity organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and support stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills.
