The Job in a Nutshell???? The Partner Success Specialist serves as the vital bridge between our organization and our reselling partners.
In this role, you won’t just manage accounts; you will be a growth engine responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating impactful agreements, and ensuring our partners achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate blends the "art" of relationship management with the "science" of data-driven performance.
What Will You Do❓ Partnership Development: Identify and approach potential partners aligned with company strategy.
Conduct market research to discover new collaboration opportunities.
Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partners.
Resolve conflicts and manage expectations professionally.
Commercial & Contractual: Negotiate pricing, revenue-sharing models, and contractual terms.
Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for agreements and invoicing matters.
Monitor partner compliance with contract terms.
Performance & Reporting: Ensure Partner is achieving Quarterly, Semi Annual & annual Goals Prepare monthly/quarterly partnership performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align partnership initiatives.
Support onboarding processes and training for partners.
Assist in campaigns, launches, and co-marketing efforts.
What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
(Equivalent experience may also be considered.
) 1–2 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience within SaaS, Marketplace, or Technology industries is a strong advantage.
Fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal) is strictly required.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
