Role Overview The Product / Project Manager will act as the bridge between product vision and engineering execution.
This role requires someone who is technically literate, capable of working closely with developers, and able to drive delivery timelines while ensuring product priorities remain aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate understands how software systems interact, APIs, and technical dependencies, and can confidently coordinate development teams while ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Key Responsibilities ·       Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver product features and improvements.
·       Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks.
·       Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate development cycles.
·       Ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution.
·       Monitor development progress and actively pursue delivery deadlines.
·       Coordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teams.
·       Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines.
·       Ensure high standards of product quality and execution.
Requirements ·       5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management.
·       Experience working closely with software development teams.
·       Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
·       Ability to prioritize workstreams and manage multiple development tasks.
·       Experience working in technology companies, fintech, or startup environments.
·       Strong organizational and communication skills.
·       Ability to challenge ideas constructively and drive execution.
Preferred Background ·       Experience working with financial platforms, fintech, trading systems, or data platforms.
·       Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
·       Technical background in software development, engineering, or computer science is advantageous.
