Bachelor's degree in Property Management; Business Administration; or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or facility management within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Dubai.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
