We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist Psychiatrist to join our esteemed team.

As a Specialist Psychiatrist in a government healthcare facility, your focus will be on delivering compassionate and evidence-based treatment while ensuring the highest standards of care.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and support patients in their recovery journey.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients referred to the facility.
Diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans based on best clinical practices.
Administer and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring responses and side effects closely.
Engage in individual and group therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
Collaborate with clinical staff, social workers, and community organizations to coordinate care and resources.
Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately in electronic health records.
Participate in training and mentorship for less experienced staff and interns.
Stay informed about advancements in psychiatric care, including new therapies and medications.
Uphold ethical standards and legal guidelines governing mental health practice.
