Summary:
We are seeking a diligent QA/QC Engineer - Civil to ensure the quality and adherence to standards of our data center projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, conducting tests, and overseeing the overall quality control processes.
Job Responsibility:
1. Reviewing project specifications and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
2. Conducting inspections and tests on materials, structures, and systems to ensure quality and functionality.
3. Identifying and resolving any issues or deficiencies in construction materials or processes.
4. Documenting all inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities for record-keeping.
5. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
6. Developing quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall project quality.
7. Training and overseeing quality control inspectors to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
2. Proven experience working in quality control or assurance in the construction industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
7. Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
