Decision-making and project completion• Critical thinking, Team Management/Collaboration• Ability to build and manage relationships• Accuracy and ad hoc details in complex Project Survey Management Tasks• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver multiple concurrent activities within agreed deadlines andto agreed standards• Familiar with best practice processes and experience in coaching subordinates through this and leading wherenecessary• Ability to challenge the way things are done to improve Survey Department effectively and encourage team todo the same

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrography, Marine orLand Survey, Geodetic Engineering orequivalent• Certification / Membership: Additionalcertifications and affiliations in Survey wouldbe beneficial
Minimum 03 year experience in a similar roleand industry
