Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Indoor & Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the ceramic, tiles, or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales, generating new business through outdoor visits, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, designers, and construction companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting ceramic tiles and related products.
- Provide product information, pricing, and design recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Visit contractors, construction companies, architects, and interior designers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote company ceramic products and provide product presentations.
- Identify new projects and potential clients in the market.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and project opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in ceramic or building materials industry.
- Driving license preferred for outdoor sales.
- Proven experience in ceramic, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle both showroom (indoor) and field (outdoor) sales activities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of construction projects and building materials market is an advantage.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
