Position Overview The Oral and Dental Surgeon will take on a critical role in diagnosing and treating oral and dental conditions through various surgical procedures.
This position emphasizes exceptional patient care, requiring the surgeon to operate with precision and compassion at all times.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ dental and oral health through comprehensive assessments Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' unique needs Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and reconstructive surgeries Provide preoperative and postoperative care to ensure the best outcomes Communicate treatment options clearly to patients and address any concerns Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements in oral surgery Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral Surgery Active board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Current dental license in the state of practice At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in oral surgery, preferably in private healthcare Demonstrated competency in a variety of surgical procedures Strong understanding of patient care standards and safety protocols Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field
