Job Title: Sales Executive â€“ Facility Management Experience: Minimum 3â€“7 Years (UAE FM experience mandatory) Driving License: UAE Driving License required
Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the UAE Facility Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the FM sector Meet clients, attend site visits, and present company services Prepare proposals and quotations Follow up with clients and close deals Build strong relationships with property managers, developers, and corporate clients Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Maintain client database and regular follow-ups
Requirements:3 to 7 years of experience in UAE Facility Management sales Good knowledge of UAE market Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle full sales cycle
