Sales & Business Development
• Identify, target, and acquire new HORECA clients across Dubai
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends
• Present products and solutions to clients effectively and professionally
Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HORECA clients
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and product presentations
• Track client feedback and communicate market insights to management order Management & Coordination
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams for timely delivery
• Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and invoicing
• Monitor order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or delays
Reporting & Forecasting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
• Forecast sales, identify potential risks, and plan mitigation strategies
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, new client acquisition, and account growth
Promotions & Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
• Conduct client demos and tasting sessions for new products
• Assist in creating customized proposals for key accounts
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability
• Assist in evaluating quotations and managing contracts for HORECA clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (mandatory)
Experience
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA segment (UAE experience preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Knowledge of foodservice distribution, QSRs, hotels, and catering clients is a strong advantage
