We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic cook to prepare authentic and high-quality Arabic dishes. The ideal candidate must have experience in traditional Arabic cuisine and a strong understanding of flavour profiles, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes (e.g., mandi, kabsa, hummus, grills, mezze, etc.)
Ensure food is cooked and presented to high standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist in kitchen inventory
Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow kitchen procedures
Ensure food safety and quality control at all stages
Support in menu planning and dish innovation when required
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Arabic Cook or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and cooking methods
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Food safety certification is a plus
