Implement site-specific HSE plans and ensure compliance.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Report and investigate incidents and near-misses.
Develop and deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Liaise with government authorities (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.) as required.
Maintain documentation – incident reports, safety logs, and inspection records.
Ensure fire safety, scaffolding, and excavation practices follow legal norms.
Monitor and control site safety signage, barricades, and emergency exits.
Promote a positive safety culture among staff and labor force.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
NEBOSH/IOSH certified (mandatory).
5+ years of HSE experience on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
Deep understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE Driving License required
